My name is Shawna Baldwin. In 1993 my daughter Shanika took one bite of a Jack-in-the Box hamburger and her life was forever changed. It contained "E. coli" bacteria because the hamburger was not processed correctly at the slaughter house, nor cooked properly at Jack-in-the-Box. She lost her hearing, suffered kidney damage and brain damage.
